Outside of the Middle East there surely isn't another nation more obsessed with creative water displays than Singapore.
The raining 'Welcome' message at the start of my clip greets visiors to Raffles Central. But I was far more fascinated by those improbable little arcs of flowing water on the exterior steps leading up to an Orchard Road mall.
